Working as “PLANNING ENGINEER (TSD O&M)” in RAS AL KHAIR POWER
AND DESALINATION PLANT operated by SWCC (SALINE WATER CONVERSION
CORPORATION) in Kingdom of SAUDI ARABIA under SEPCO III (From December
2018 to present)

As a Planning Engineer: ➢ Arrangement of planning meeting/workshops to roll-out the agreed work breakdown structures and working methods to the various planning contributors ➢ Ensure that any necessary planning interface with the site Work Management Process (WMP) is established ➢ Manage various schedules to ensure that work is completed as scheduled and to identify schedule-associated cost trends for management attention and action ➢ Providing technical guidance to co-workers ➢ Responsible to support development of the monthly reports and to perform schedule assessments as requested ➢ Provide support on development of project cost expenditure forecast curves ➢ Adapt to changes in the working environment, managing competing demands to make the best use of time and resources ➢ Monitor engineering design progress, material and equipment procurement, construction and testing and commissioning status ➢ Work in conjunction with the Planning Manager and project leader in the development of overall project procurement strategy, sequencing, phasing and logistics ➢ Reviewing the planning and scheduling of work on current projects to ensure that activities are effectively planned, resourced and completed ➢ Assists with project controls activities including tracking cost and developing schedules. Develops spreadsheets as requested ➢ Responsible for providing consulting services Transmission Planning and in-depth analysis ➢ Updating and creating databases ➢ Reviewing capacity utilization versus design to ensure accurate planning ➢ Prepare and/or be a key contributor in presenting project proposals, study findings and recommendations to the Independent System Operators (ISO’s)➢ Ensure that all services are conducted in a safe, cost effective and environmentally sound manner, and fully meet all company and additional project specific HSE requirements ➢ Provision of weekly and monthly project reports ➢ Demonstrated technical knowledge and understanding of Steam Turbine / Gas Turbine / Generator and associated auxiliary equipment design, operation, and/or maintenance ➢ Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams ➢ Knowledge of standard outage scopes and repair procedures / practices ➢ Knowledge of the Outage Excellence (OE) process ➢ Knowledge of outage tooling and productivity processes ➢ Familiarity with the M&D center and available data ➢ Experience working with operational and field data ➢ Strong communication skills & confidence with executive presentations; ability to communicate with colleagues & customers at all levels ➢ Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems ➢ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills that can energize teams through inclusiveness and connection with people; possesses strong team building skills to promote positive morale ➢ Understands business objectives and drives specific tasks required to meet the objectives ➢ Measures processes and performance through the customer's eyes ➢ Self-starter with initiative and interpersonal skills to lead projects, of cross- functional nature, with demonstrated ability to completion and closure ➢ Ability to work well with teams and communicate requests and requirements clearly and in a timely manner ➢ Displays good interpersonal skills - is accessible and approachable Builds loyalty and commitment ➢ Identifies challenges / gaps and offers solutions ➢ Identifies, leverages, implements lessons learned from successes and failures / mistakes

MANUAL KNOWLEDGE:
Preparation of SRM/IPC manual for the aircraft AIRBUS A380/A350-XWB

❖ Contribute in the creation / modification / revision of the manuals content for the IPC/ AMM/ SRM Manuals for Understand and follow the impact analysis to create the content to meet the change request
❖ Research extensively and ensure the Airworthiness aspects
❖ Perform the tasks in Client environment / tools and update the status in work flow management tools
❖ Perform review of work orders completed by Jr. Authors, Authors
❖ Follow the processes and standards defined for the project. Perform the Internal and external rejection analysis for every rejection code, discuss in Knowledge sharing sessions and ensure prevention of rejections, maintaining quality KPI
❖ Communicate with the SMEs for every work order and ensure the quality KPI’s are met
❖ Participate in peer-reviews and follow the review cycles to ensure the Right First time
❖ Visualize/create images, mark-ups, additional information / instruction to Illustrators
❖ Guiding Jr. Authors / Jr. Illustrators, Authors / Illustrators.
❖ Performing Root Cause Analysis for any rejections & take preventive actions
❖ Training new comers both for technical competence and process adherence
❖ Able to develop content for Knowledge and Training Sessions
❖ Quality Circle Supervisor (Six Sigma).
❖ 2D and 3D Illustration Cross checker.
❖ Impact Analysis process Executor.
❖ Engineering Drawing Analyzer.
❖ Technical Process Management (TPM).
