- Strong command overall 16 years of experience in PEGA, JAVA, J2EE, SOFEA, MULE, KAFKA technologies and release management and 7.8 yeyearsars’ experience in Pega implementations.
- Good experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and business solutions from the business need and solutions aspect, extensively worked on PEGARULES Process Commander v5.5, v6.1, v7.1 a,nd v8.2.
- Worked on re-engineering from older technologies (VB, Broad vision, and EJB) to more robust architecture, for this technology used are Mule and SOFEA tools.

- Proficiency in using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio.
- Responsible for creating change requests for deployment, implementation Plan, Scope/Milestone readiness, part of go-no-go decisions, validating DB scripts.
- Extensive experience in Pega application upgrade, data refresh, monitoring vulnerability issues, coordinating new application nodes configuration.
- Worked on Universal order processing major project using BPM PEGA tool, wrote many OOTB features to make application more user friendly, Handling and guided in house Pega trainings and projects.
- Participated in Hackathon feature across teams and implemented advanced search functionality for business.
- Hands-on experience in writing queries in Oracle.
- Experienced in using POSTMAN for RESTful Web services/REST API for testing.
- Hands-on experience in Survey framework and worked on Simple and Complex questions.
- Hands-on experience in designing Flows, Activities, Flow Actions, Harness, Section, Decision rules, Declarative rules, Data Modelling, Reports, and Job schedulers.
- Worked with third-party tools such as Shutterfly, Silverlink, Twilio, DCC, and Copybooks.
- Certified in CLSA Readiness, CSSA (6.1v), and CSA (7.1v & 5.5v).
- A clear understanding of debugging tools like Tracer, clipboard, and rules inspector.
- Participated in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, backlog grooming, estimations, SOS calls, and retrospectives.
- Participated in PI Meetings, and presented user stories to the business and management teams.
