As a client facing link, Rohit has experience in managing valued partners and diverse stakeholders and is a leader in driving cross-functional teams from major defence and aerospace labs in India. He has achieved significant cost savings and SLA availability by leading cloud-transition roadmap and implementing ERP-linked OLAP system for complete transparency.

As the goto manager for crisis management, Rohit orchestrated spares availability for Aircraft-On-Ground and reduced maintenance and procurement time through Integrated Materials Management System. He has experience in defining product strategy, vision statement, and leading high-stake deliberations between clients, management, and execution teams. This is backed by  his strong track record of successfully driving digital transformation initiatives and achieving significant cost savings for organisations.

Rohit holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from ITER Bhubaneswar, where he gained a strong foundation in programming and computer science concepts. He then pursued an MBA from IIM Bangalore, where he developed business acumen and leadership skills. At IIMB, he was exposed to various aspects of business management, such as finance, marketing, operations, and strategy.  Rohit used this knowledge and skills to lead cross-functional teams from various defence and aerospace labs in India and drive industry 4.0, digital transformation, and IT-operations efforts in his previous roles. His education has equipped him with the ability to analyze complex business problems, develop strategic solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
