I have been working as a Plant Pathologist and completed twenty seven years of experience in agriculture and horticulture research works in TAMIL NADU AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY. My skills are applied plant science research, field trials, pest and diseases scout. IDM and biocontrol agents..
I am expert in capacity building of extension agricultural officers and farmers training  and field advisory in pest and  diseases management .My management skills of farm labour management  and farm production .

• Management of Greenhouse   experiments and field trial  experiments  in  chillies and cotton for soil borne pathogens using IDM strategies.
• Studied the mechanism of action of VAMF as a biological control agent for soil borne diseases of chilies and found that Globus mossae significantly reduced the infection. 
• Assisting with foliar fungicides and seed treatment trials for chilies and cotton for yield improvement.
• Conducting field experiments for red rot screening and smut screening in sugarcane by artificial inoculation and graded the germplasm for its tolerance.
