Professional Progressive Experience in Managing Production, Quality, safety and cost control for wine making until bottling and dispatch.

Worked on ground level and operated machineries as a Crusher/Destemming, Pneumatic/Hydraulic press, Pumps, Forklift, Chilling plant, Wine filling, Capping, Labeling machine, etc. As well as proper training to control the various actions of machines to ensure safety at work. Set up, calibrated, and conducted preventative maintenance on appliances, reducing equipment breakdowns by 15% and ensuring optimal performance. Monitored production processes, performed quality control checks, and adjusted as needed.

I have completed my ‘PG Degree in Wine Technology’ & ‘Masters in International Wine & Spirits Business Management’ in IPC, Bordeaux, France

Worked with ‘Riverland Vintners’, Australia, one of largest specialist wine production winery. A commercial scale winery with 35 million litres of wine storage capacity, 30k-ton crushing facility and 20 million liters of production per annum.

Before, I had an experience with ‘Château Inglenook, California, USA to improve my skills and increase the quality of wines. It was my great pleasure to work with the renowned French Oenologist Mr. Philippe BASCAULES, Managing Director of famous French ‘Château Margaux’.  

Also, worked in ‘Domaine Marc Rougeot, Côte de Beaune, France’. Here, winemaking is without sulfite for a total expression and respectful of the soil of origin & fully Organic. The rearing is carried out in 228 l Burgundy barrels for 12 to 20 months without racking or bâtonnage.

I am self-motivating, positive, always can do attitude & believe in smart work. I would love to work in hard-working environment and in crushing period I work 12 to 15 hours and 6 days a week.
