I am Gauri Khanna and I have 6+ years of experience in PR. During this time, I have worked with both corporate organizations (Tech Mahindra & Xiaomi) and PR agencies (handled clients such as Bose, Fitbit, Corning, GoPro, etc.).

- In my role at Tech Mahindra, I took care of day-to-day PR operations in the APAC market including the press release charter, global ORM charter ( led the team that tracked and analysed user sentiment on social media about TechM. We handled the social media channels of TechM - Tech Mahindra (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), TechM cares (Twitter) and took care of reactive communication.), crisis communication, thought leadership mandate, etc. I was the SPOC for media spokespeople in TechM, government stakeholders, partners, and customers (from PR POV).

- I have also led special projects from a PR standpoint such as NASSCOM election campaign for Tech Mahindra spokesperson, media engagements at WEF, quarter results press conferences, etc.). Tech Mahindra is a matrixed organization and in my role, I managed multiple senior stakeholders (internal and external) across geographies.

- Prior to Tech Mahindra, I was working with Xiaomi wherein I handled Communication Strategy for Indian Subcontinent (India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh)
