Being a Headmistress of a pre-school, the profile definition is vast in every sense. The entire school is your responsibility. The job requires to be alert at all times as you are over looking every process in the school and creating smooth systems for better understanding for parents, students and staff members.
My profile ranges from academics i.e. simplification of the curriculum for the teacher implementation, monitoring their lesson plans, teacher learning material, student engagements and performances, events for parents engagements and school branding, organizing PTM's and  looking closely to the interactions with the parents. Here I also look out at the admission handling process where the counselling is refreshed from time to time and all aspects that a parent is looking at is considered. The expenditure and income balancing and growth strategies are made and followed to ensure better business for the management.
