In my previous position as Assistant Manager with Flipkart. I oversee a room of 200 employees provide training on customer service for effectiveness and provide coaching to the staff.

My communication skills allow me to explain concepts to employees in a manner that is understandable and to deal with sensitive issues diplomatically.
