• Branch Banking, CASA development , TP Products, GL profitability
• Operation control, Customer service, process efficiency, audit and compliance

Micro Finance& SME Loans:

• Micro Advances, credit and delinquency control and cross sell

Life Insurance:

• Sales channel development, Activation, HNI sales, Renewal and retention
