➢Responsible for part modelling.
Responsible for part 2D Drawing
➢Use standard design concept and design guidelines for product.
➢Creation and Maintenance of 2D Drawings and 3D Files.
➢Ensure product feasibility of designed parts with assumed tooling.
➢Customer product Study.
➢Make Prototypes for Trial.
➢BOM Creation and Modification.
➢Modification in Parts and Cad Drawings as per requirements.
➢Making a detailed Inspection Report after tooling.
➢Prepare Product GA drawing as per requirement
➢Creating EDM Data & Developing sheet metal parts as per requirement.
Responsibilities: -
➢Generating and maintaining engineering documentation, including 3D Modelling, 2D Drawings, Bill of Material (BOM)
➢Maintain proper records of engineering changes released time to time.
