Technical Assistant of Marine finfish hatchery project at RGCA (Research & Development), Gov. of India, Pozhiyoor Thiruvananthapuram & as Young Professional II at Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute Thiruvananthapuram, I bring proven success in Captive breeding, larval rearing, seed production & Growout culture of Marine Finfish (Trachinotus blochii, Trachinotus mookale, Rachycentron canadum, Lates calcarifer, Caranx ignobilis, Lethrinus  lentjan, Lutjanus argentimaculatus, E coioides.

Presently working as Project Manager at MPEDA(Gov.of India) ASSISTED Fish nursery Rearing Unit For Multi- Species Like Tilapia(GIFT,MST, REDTilapia,Chithralada), Seabass, Pearlspot, Snake head & carp. In addition to the skills and personal qualities, my master’s degree in Marine Biology and Ocean Studies, Pondicherry University, Port Blair, Andaman, and as Young Professional II at Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute had provided me with a strong research background at both field and laboratory and the confidence to work under any dynamic research organizations. I believe myself to be Able to take directions and ownership of delegate task. In addition to Technical side, Also have proven experience in Aquaculture Consultancy towards Marine/Brackish water Finfish Hatchery, Nursery, Grow-out  Design, Construction and Operation.
 With more than Three years’ experience as an aquaculture technician as well as Young          Proffessional, I am adept in live feed such as, Rotifer-Brachionus plicatilus, B routuntiformis, Copepods- parvocalanus crassirostris, Acartia tonsa, Pseudodiaptomus serricaudatus, Dioithona oculate, Artemia, Microalgae-N.salina, N.oculata, I.galbana, Chaetoceros, Tetraselmis ,Pavo    etc at both laboratory as well as outdoor mass culture.                                                                                            I have direct experience in handling broodstocks under RAS, cannulation and induced breeding techniques, Quarantine and fish health monitoring and keeping detailed records of Fish egg collection and disinfection, checking live feed residue, Hatching and survival rate. I believe through proper larval rearing techniques such as feeding, monitoring of water quality parameters and maintaining biosecurity protocols better production enhancement would be achieved. Apart from operational duties handling with hatchery documentation such as SOPs, daily to monthly stock records was also practiced. In future I am really looking forward for vast breeding experience in sustainable Aquaculture as well as the point of conservation for species such as Seaweed Biofuel engineering, Polychaete, sea cucumber polyculture, Global commercial high Value seafood fishes like Kingfishes, Tuna, Giant trevally etc.
