Toraise Purchase Order of all required material.
 Toensure smooth functioning of stores and purchase department.
 Toprepare comparative statement ofdifferent quotation for final decision of
vendor.
 Toco-ordinatewith other department for material.
 To ensure timely availability of material.

note/Returns to supplier and the month end stock checks.
