• Exposure to Electro-Mechanical systems/sub systems, Enclosures, Chassis. Rugged MIL Grade systems. Rack mount Electronic enclosure development with Complex Sheet metal /Machined enclosures (1RU-20RU) with thermal solution, Machined & Die cast chassis/ enclosures with Rack, wall & floor mount 
• Involved to work with various Manufacturing process, Vendor, supplier interaction for Complex Sheet metal parts development & Fabrication, Die cast part & tool development, qualification. Plastic & Machined Parts. Shop floor Production support: Tools, Fixtures, Jigs, Gauges development.

Functional Knowledge:

• Hands on experience to execute CAD Tools (Pro-e, Creo, Solid works, Catia, & Auto Cad)
• Product life cycle involvement, ID design, Thermal, Detail design , Proto build, Tolerance stack up, should costing, Value Engg follow DFA/DFM/DFT, Reliability, FEMA, Production support, Tool Qualification, FAI Approval, NPD/ NPI Lifecycle.
• Technical Documentation using Tolerance Stack up, GD&T & Manufacturing Releases using BOM Management (ECO/ECN) tool Agile, MxPDM, Syspro, PDM/PLM.
• Hands on Experience in PCB development cycle MCAD / ECAD interface to generate IDF / DXF/EMN/EMP.
• Exposure in Create Test Plan, Specification & report generation of Mechanical Product validation testing (MDVT) as per International standards NEBS GR-63, GR-1089, ETSI, IEC-60592 (IP65/66/67) Water &Dust,

UL, EN, ASTM, NEMA& MIL-STD-810, MIL PRF.28800F, Shock, Vibration Thermal, Airflow testing, IR Camera Capture, Compliance & HALT, Reliability.

• Proficiency in selection of materials, Process & Off the shelf components like EMI Gaskets, fasteners, gauges, fittings, Heat sink, Mating Connector interfaces, Cable Assy, Light pipe ,etc. Experience in ODM/OEM/JDM /Power supply /RF Filter product development cycle.
• Quality deliverable guideline, Process for Release (FAIR, ECO/ECN, ROHS)
• Exposure to hard Tool development, qualify, Sample approval (Die Cast, Plastic Molds & Pressed parts)
