I'm currently working in Optum as a medical coder .I'm into HCC Coding where I'm utilising MRM software as a tool for coding charts. I ensure all documentation is accurate and precise, assigned and sequenced all codes for services rendered. Here, I comply with all legal requirements regarding coding procedures and practices as per HIPAA.I was working as an associate trainee medical coder for 1.3 years. I have utilised emsmart and Rescue net billing (RNB) software for coding charts. I was working in the field of ambulance coding and E&M coding. I have gained knowledge in medical terminology, anatomy and physiology and also practiced HIPAA
