7. Test Estimation, Planning & Tracking.-Test Specification, Design, Control & Execution.

 8.Defect Creation, review, tracking, control & Defect Management

9.Release Reports, Metrics, dashboard preparation & share it across. 

10. Collaboration (Business Stakeholders Vs Development team)

 11. Requirement traceability (Business - Stakeholder - Functional & Non-Functional) 

12. Continues monitor & suggest needful Test process Improvements.
