Over the past six years, he has worked across multiple organizations in Hyderabad, consistently taking on increasing responsibilities. Srikanth began his career as a Salesman at Allied Auto Agency, gaining hands-on experience in billing and client interaction. He then transitioned into the collections domain, working as a Telecaller and later growing into Team Leader roles at Collman Services, Exon Technologies, and Metro Solutions.

He is recognized for his leadership abilities, team motivation, and dedication to delivering results.
