Then moved to Lenskart as a Store manager, within 8 months got promoted as a Area Operation Manager with Handling 55 retail outlets with 367 manpower. After Lenskart, moved to Reliance Vision Express as a Regional Business Manager with handling with 2 states , 79 retail outlets.

Presently organized with Centre For Sight_ CFS Vision as a Business Head_ Full P&L and operational responsibility of the group. Overseeing 324 employees      and 10 direct reports spanning across 15 locations in India. Heading top-line and bottom-line revenues for all SBUs
