Create recruitment strategies with hiring managers to determine the skills, qualification, and experience needed for the role. Update job descripitions per the growing requirements of the job or a new role. Employee various methods to source and attract potential candidate. This is about posting job advertisements, searching job boards and database, attending job fairs, utilizing social media platforms and networking. Create and maintain a database of candidates and those who left the organization. Develop and manage employee scheduled, optimizing staf allocation across departments. Analyze scheduling patterns and provide insights to improve efficiency and reduce conflicts. Hands on Experience witg E2E recruitment in both internal and external hiring process. Strong experience in working closely with Hiring Manager’s and Senior Leadership Team etc. Track all hiring workflows and data in applicant tracking systems. Ability to convince and negotiate both with the Hiring Managers and candidates on the skill availability and the hiring cost thereby managing the source mix & Cost per hire. Offer management and pre onboarding of new employees
