Myself Karishma from Pune. 

If talking about about my educational background:-

SSC- Mar Ivanios convent school ( Passed with First class)

HSC - St miras college ( Passes with First class)

BACHELOR IN COMPUTER APPLICATION- Br gholap college ( Passes with higher second class)

MBA IN HR AND IBM - Modern college ( Passed with A and A+ grade)

DIPLOMA IN LABOUR LAW AND LABOUR WELFARE- Modern college ( Passed with distinction) Stood 2nd in Pune university. 

Apart from this I have done with my MS CIT and IT course with distinction.

If talking about my experiences 

I was working with Akanksha foundation for 3 years as Teacher and later as a Assistant School Leader.  

I feel to be a successful leader, only education is not necessary.  But along with educational different types of socio emotional skills are also necessary.  I feel I have those skills within me, which includes listening skill, Community skill, collaboration skill and moat important management skills. If I get selected in your organisation I will give my 100% efforts to make this organisation more develop and successful.
