About Hari M:

  • 9+ years of experience on Web and Mobile (Android & iOS) app products Functional and Automation Testing.
  • 2+ years of experience on Automation testing using SELENIUM and APPIUM with BDD Frameworks.
  • Design and developing the BDD automation frameworks like Cucumber, Behave, Robot, PyTest and SpecFlow.
  • Designing QA plans for Web and Mobile products, Cloud based applications to maintain the high product quality.
  • Developing automation frameworks and test strategy, test plans & test execution of the product features.
  • Expertise on UI/UX, Functional, Regression, Integration, End to End, Compatibility, System Testing and UAT.
  • Involved into setup QA process and automation tools validation and creating QA test plans and frameworks.

  • Involved in Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective, weekly status and daily Scrum calls.
  • Ability to work and manage projects with cross-functional teams like Products, Dev, QA and DevOps teams.
  • Experience on Set Top Box(STB) and OTT- Media and Live TV streaming testing on Mobiles, Tablets and TV’s.
  • Testing Messaging, Voice, Video calling features on Mobiles, Voice Badges & AI /ML chat bot applications. 
  • Good knowledge on Healthcare Domain and Healthcare standards such as HIPPA, DICOM, HL7, EHR and EDI.
  • Experience on Telecom (VoIP, IMS), e-Commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, Fin-Tech Crypto, Insurance domains.
  • Good knowledge on CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, AWS and Azure DevOps, Docker & Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge on SQL, Mongo DB, ETL testing, Data migration testing on Cloud platforms and Data Analytics.
  • Proactively debugging production issues and develop test cases to prevent issues before impacting production.
  • Strong analytical, problem resolution skills and handle items from a failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA).
  • Recommending new tools, techniques and process needed to enhance QA team productivity and quality.
  • Providing mentorship, guidance to QA Engineers and support and involved in hiring, evaluation.
  • Having onsite work experience (travelled to client place Minnesota, USA) and holding valid US-B1 VISA.

  • MCA (Master of Computer Applications) from SV Collage of Computer Sciences - SV University with First Class.
  •     B.Sc (Computers) Graduation from PVKN Degree college, Chittoor- SV university, Tirupati with First Class.
