Managed Punjab’s largest webcasting control room, supervising 200+ volunteers and real-time monitoring of polling booths. 

Supported the implementation of impactful government initiatives, including Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, benefiting over 1,000 girls through education and empowerment programs. Collaborated on discussions with the 16th Finance Commission, facilitating insights on subsidies for border industries. Equipped with certifications in data analytics and project management, motivated to leverage financial strategies and public policy expertise to drive meaningful societal and business impact.

As an MBA Finance student with significant project coordination experience, I have successfully led and executed multiple government and community initiatives during my internship with the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Amritsar. My work involved coordinating across departments, managing diverse stakeholder groups, and ensuring timely execution of high-impact projects like the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Scheme and Lok Sabha Election outreach. I have experience in planning logistics, managing teams of 100+ volunteers, preparing detailed reports and presentations, and resolving on-ground issues in real time. My ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion in dynamic, fast-paced environments makes me well-suited for a Project Coordinator role.

I hold an MBA in Finance from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, where I developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, project management, and stakeholder coordination. My academic journey was complemented by leadership roles in student-led initiatives such as FINANZA, where I coordinated large-scale finance competitions. I also hold a BBA from the same university, equipping me with core business and operational skills essential for managing complex projects effectively.
