Experienced in mental health operations and clinical internships, skilled in professional management, customer relations, counselling skills, psychological assessments, creating content and managing social media. My professional journey spans clinical, counseling, and organizational environments, where I have worked under experienced psychologists and mental health professionals. I have gained hands-on experience in psychological assessments, case history taking, report writing, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT, and expressive therapies. I have conducted individual and group counselling sessions addressing emotional regulation, workplace stress, and interpersonal difficulties. Additionally, my roles have involved developing psychoeducational content, facilitating workshops, and contributing to research initiatives.
