       I have extensive experience as an SCCM administrator, worked with versions 2107 to 2303 in both CAS hierarchy and standalone Active-Passive Primary site hierarchy environments. Currently, I oversee device management for the Asia-Pacific region, providing administrative support and troubleshooting issues collaboratively. My key experiences include -

Asset Management:

• Managed infrastructure with 90k+ clients, performed client installation, health checks, and bulk remediation.
• Created dynamic/static collections for different purpose, SCCM Boundaries/Boundary Groups according to IP Address Range and AD sites, Administrative User Groups to add correct Security Role, Security Scope, Custom Client settings for better performance.
• Developed SCCM CI and Baselines using PowerShell scripts and other methods for tasks like deploying custom lock screen images, screensavers, desktop shortcuts, and mapping drives etc.

Endpoint Compliance:

• Maintained AV compliance on endpoints and conducted troubleshooting as necessary.
• Created custom Antimalware Policy and deployed to endpoints to enhance security and seamless performance.
• Coordinated with Security and Compliance team to ensure endpoints are Compliant with Company Policies and Standards.

Patch management:

• Deployed patches and maintained patching compliance on 3500+ servers and 17000+ WKS.
• Acted as POC of Patch Tuesday activities and Patch management. 
• Handled ADR creation, Software Updates download, SUG creation, SUG deployment, troubleshooting of patching issues (ADR sync error, WSUS sync error, Windows Update Scan error, Update installation error etc.) with relevant CCM logs and bulk remediation.

Application and Packaging:

• Created simple application and packages using batch script/ PowerShell script/ cmd/ VBScript, distributed those on DPs and deployed to endpoints. Created Software Metering Rules to get application usage data.
• Performed prestaging of packages, troubleshooted package distribution and installation issues with analyzing relevant CCM logs.
• Performed Content Library Cleanup and Configured automatic task through Task Scheduler for disk cleanup on DP servers.

Operating System Deployment:

• Created Custom Task Sequence and Task Sequence Media.
• Led Win10, Win11 22H2 and 23H2 operating system deployment through Task Sequence.
• Troubleshooted OSD related issues from both Server and client end.

Reporting:

• Created and presented custom SSRS reports to stakeholders related to – Software Compliance, Patch Compliance, AV Compliance, missing patches, asset inventory etc.
• Created mail subscription of SCCM PBI reports and generated raw data using SQL\WQL from database according to Client need.

Others:

• Developed small, custom PowerShell Scripts to perform automated tasks to enhance productivity.
• Trained & Mentored junior SCCM administrators, created SOP, troubleshooted complex SCCM issues with Microsoft support.
• Adhered to SLAs and KPIs, managed SNOW tickets, and created PPT and presented the slide in weekly/monthly meetings.
