Career started as a Piping designer, and I am currently working as a PPL Piping & Plot plan Designer I in Lummus Technology Heat Transfer B.V (Gurgaon Location).
I do possesses 16 years plus of experience in Oil & gas and by involving in various process units, Piping, Maintenance & Mechanical handling, and participated in review meeting with clients and PMC companies.

1) Principal Piping & Plot plan Designer

• Preparing Plot plans for Brown field and green field.
• Hydraulic calculations for Proposal / BEDP projects.
• Vessel Engineering (Modeling, thickness, weight & approx. cost estimation).
• Stress analysis (OCT Dimer loop reactors, Pump piping, exchanger & Column piping).
• Conducting Training sessions in technical for career ladder improvement.
• Participating in review meetings for plot plans with Client & PMC companys.
• Planning estimating man-hours & manpower requirement for small-scale projects.
2) Senior Piping Designer II
MCDERMOTT 
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana State, India.

Responsibilities:
• Handling as an Area lead for multiple projects.
• Handling of 3D modeling activities. 
• Working on small scale projects individually from beginning to project  close out.                                                           
• Working on as-built activities individually by coordinating with across the departments.
• Preparing Isometric fabrication drawings individually
• Handling MTO and Bulk MTO activities & layout development for FPSO & Offshore platforms.
• Developing plot plans for EPC Projects coordinating with Projects team & construction team individually
• Working on clash checking & solving by coordinating with across the departments.
• Modeling MCS supports using PDMS MDS module for Offshore by calculating the steel weight of Axial & Lateral loads
• Preparing complete GAD’s as per the project requirement based on deliverables

• Incorporating plot plan markups.
• Drafting various safety layouts as per the markup received.

• Equipment modeling as per the Process data sheet / Mechanical datasheet / Vendor Drawing.
• Vessel cleat modeling as per the instruction received from concern engineer.
• Pipe routing as per the P&id.
• Preparing Isometrics across the 3D platforms.
