Experience
- 22+ years experienced technology and software engineering leader with excellent record of expertise and success in Agile Coaching, Delivery Management, Client Interfacing and Program/Project Management activities.
- Key role in coaching the agile teams and ensuring the transition to Agile is in a smooth (phased) manner.
- Executed multiple Agile consulting assignments for evaluating customers for readiness, developing roadmaps, process definition and deployment.
- 8+ years of experience as Agile Coach & Scrum Master.
- As an Agile coach, helped teams to understand not just the “how” of the new practices, but also the “why.”
- Excellent track record in a core Agility role such as Agile Coach and preparing transformation road map for product teams from Waterfall to Agile Scrum methodology.
- Experience in working with across functional teams to ensure agile transformation roadmap is implemented and followed with respect to scheduling, customer needs and organization standards.
- Driving organization level initiatives like Agile Transformation, Scrum Teams Setup, and Scrum delivery process.
- Experience in coach the teams with agile mindset and helping the organizations to follow agile practices.
- Developed and delivered team and organization training materials and workshops, building knowledge and skills to facilitate the agile transformation.
- Coach Scrum Masters to plan events like preplanning, Planning, Daily scrum, Review & Retrospectives.
- Define and assess the agile maturity for different projects.
- Experience in working the scrum teams using different technologies like SAP, Mainframes, Java, .Net etc.,
- Executed 3 business process improvements for enhancing Domain Expertise (DEEP), iBank, Innovathon initiatives resulting $ 5 million savings.
- Expertise in guiding the Product Management team setting up product vision with respect to the release cycle.
- Hands on experience to use different tools Service Now, Jira & Rally.
- Experience in implementing Scrum Patters like Illegitimus Non-Interruptus, Stable Teams & Swarming.
- Experience in implementing Scrum@Scale.
- Experience in implementing agile lean principles by understanding the full Development Value Stream, visualizing and limiting Work in Process (WIP), and reducing batch sizes and managing queue lengths.
