- Vendor finalization and coordination for various admin-related work activities.
- AMC’s Service Agreements & Contract renewals approvals given to all group companies.
- Managing & Providing Facilities of Head Office & Group of Companies.
- Assets records management of the Head Office & Group of Companies Offices.
- Government matters handling in the Lloyds Group of Companies.
- Repairs & Maintenance is managed on a monthly or quarterly basis at the Head Office & Group of Companies.
- Events Management of Head Office & Group Companies.
- In Lloyds Group Companies of Conferences & Board meeting arrangements in tie-up hotels.
- Inward & Outward Couriers Management of Head Office & Group of Companies Offices.
- Petty Cash/Credit Card Exps Statements Approval given Head Office of Group Companies.

- Vendors & Contract staff agreements renewals are renewed annually in the Group of Companies.
