• Monitored demand changes in Factory Planner and aligned order quantities with forecasted demand, to avoid millions of dollars in excess inventory.
• Pull and read part specifications and engineering drawings. Utilize knowledge of material types to communicate with engineers and suppliers. Provide feedback to engineering for cost reduction efforts.
• Hands on expertise in SAP MM and ARIBA sourcing. Worked on both the platforms for sourcing and sourcing related activities end to end.
• Strategic sourcing of goods and services for manufacturing and field operations.
• Contract management, negotiation, and execution for suppliers with $1 million or more
annual spend.
• Strict adherence to policy and procedure, ability to discern confidential information and withhold that information from external sources.
• Handling Intercompany orders such as ZNDP, BUYBACK, THIRD PARTY and Plant to Plant single-handedly for all the requirements within the Client plants. Well trained with the procedures for these types of orders.
