A professional individual with over 30 years’ of experience in the Hospitality industry. Have immense experience as a leader in implementing infection control protocols and as a Pest Control Officer on board cruise ships. Displays excellent command and control under challenging situations to deliver a great guest experience, using interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of Food Safety, Infection control and have practical experience in facing USPH, ShipSan, Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency ANVISA, and RAAS audits on board ships.   

I have over 30 years' of experience in the Hospitality sector on board cruise ships. Currently responsible for working collectively with all areas of the Hotel Leadership, ensuring effective day to day ways of working around Public Health policies - including management of COVID 19 protocols and AGE protocols -, Pest Management and ensuring that corporate guidelines are incorporated into daily work routines and are always adhered to. Covered the rôle of PHO as the designated PHO and assisted the Medical team in contact tracing and disease surveillance. Assisted the Technical team in public health compliance matters of potable water and recreational water facilities. 

I have completed my Senior Secondary Education in India.
