I am a passionate and dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Polymer Technology, and Quality Management Systems, I am passionate about leveraging my skills to drive organizational excellence.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong cross-functional leadership across Indian and multinational companies, excelling in supplier quality assurance, lean manufacturing principles, and quality management system implementations. My roles have encompassed strategic planning, team leadership, and continuous improvement projects, enabling me to deliver measurable results aligned with corporate objectives.

In my current role as Manager - Quality Assurance at Pentair Water (India), I lead a team of QA engineers to uphold product quality, ensure supplier compliance, and achieve corporate quality assessment targets. My work has also involved root cause analysis, calibration compliance, and adherence to international standards such as ISO, ASME, and CE/PED.

A highlight of my career has been spearheading production improvement initiatives using lean principles like Kaizen, PFMEA, and root cause analysis. These efforts have led to enhanced operational efficiency, minimized non-conformities, and sustained compliance with industry benchmarks.

I am also well-versed in polymer science and technology, with expertise in composite manufacturing processes like filament winding and compression molding. My academic foundation includes an MSc and MTech in Polymer Chemistry, supplemented by an MBA in Operations Management.
