I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality products that are on par with six sigma level 6 implementing traditional project management methodologies. Since my experience spreads across various sectors such as healthcare, technology and legal, I have a strong eye for detail and aptitude for risk mitigation in a cross functional environment. I have executed many projects that involve migration of contracts in to novel AI powered contract life cycle management platforms. At present I also pursue Prince2 certification and committed to staying up to date with the latest advancements in the contracts management and I am looking forward to bring my expertise in contract specialisation, contracts management and project management to the recruiting organisation.

After graduating in Master of Laws, I started my corporate career as a Legal Associate with QuisLex Legal Services Pvt Ltd in October 2014 and I climbed up the ladder to the leadership role. I started managing the projects since March 2018 and executed many contracts specialisation projects and the project process involve drafting, redlining and activation of commercial contracts in Salesforce platform. Concurrently I was executing and managing “open source license risk in the software supply chain” project that involve mitigation of the open source license risk and operational risk in the software supply chain. I executed all projects with six sigma level 6 quality. I have handled multiple contract management projects that involve migration of legacy contracts to the novel Artificial Intelligence powered Contract Lifecycle Management platforms such as eBrevia, Ironclad, ContractWorks and other platforms such as Salesforce.  I have also handled repository management, compliance management and contract audits on merger and acquisition due diligence projects. Apart from the project execution, I have performed a wide range of managerial tasks as per the traditional project management methodologies and contemporary PMBOK & Prince2 methodologies, such as client management, team management, project assurance, quality assurance, risk mitigation and regular report to the assistant vice president, subject matter interview in hiring process, training new hires and extend cross learning for other departments. 

I was graduated in Bachelor of Laws in the year 2009 and later pursued masters in International Law in order to go global and was graduated in the year 2013. In order make best use of my graduation programmes and long term goal to work with global teams, I joined QuisLex Legal Services Pvt Ltd as a Legal Associate in October 2014. I performed well and I climbed up the ladder to the leadership role by delivering quality work product that are in six sigma level 6. I have hands on commercial contract platforms such as Salesforce and hands on Artificial Intelligence powered platforms such as Ironclad, ContractWorks and eBrevia. I have also received post graduate diploma certificate in International Humanitarian Law in the year 2018. At present I am pursuing Prince2 certification to refine my project management skills and experience on the methodologies.
