Roles and Responsibilities

• Design visually captivating and engaging websites using WordPress and Wix platforms, aligning with the brand's visual identity and marketing objectives.
• Create appealing and userfriendly website layouts, ensuring seamless navigation and optimal user experience.
• Customize WordPress and Wix templates to meet specific design requirements and brand guidelines.
• Develop innovative and visually appealing social media posts that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
• Edit and create compelling videos and multimedia content to enhance the brand's online presence.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure cohesive visual and written content across various platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, web technologies, and best practices in WordPress and Wix design.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growthoriented work environment.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and responsiveness in all web and social media designs.
• 3 years of professional experience in web design, specifically using WordPress and Wix platforms.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for web design.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic website customization.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and usercentered design.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and optimization techniques is a plus.
