• Work with the offshore teams to produce design directions for always-on content, AR, digital campaigns, and

digital interface designs (website’s, native app’s, etc)

• Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.

• Supervise the design department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines.

• Shape team standards and create procedures to ensure its optimum output.

• Evaluate and asses team performance and appraisal.

• Hiring talents in the team.

• Assist external teams in resolving design issues.

Achievements

• Created a pipeline process for the studio to efficiently manage work flow. As a result of this, the average office

presence time reduced from 10.5 hrs to 9 hrs /day. The team was more efficient and did not suffer from design

fatigue

• Introduced a new level of hierarchy for the team to develop learning and facilitate knowledge transfer

• Reduced average time per creative from 3 to 2.5 hrs by creating a library of assets that can be reused

• Introduced a new wing; 3D, to the team’s capabilities to further push creative boundaries and be on top of digital

J&B design studio was awarded the ‘Design Partner’ award by Young Indians (CII, Tirupur); the organisers of the

Marathon Event. We were responsible for the branding, marketing and production of the event/collaterals. Our

campaigns generated 6500+ participants.

Yas island the host of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, recognised Lava Brand’s efforts in ideation, designing and

producing campaign, transit, installation, signage and communication collaterals. I was the sole designer on this

account.
