I am a Qualtrics Implementation Consultant at ALA Consulting Group, a leading partner for Qualtrics providing Advisory and Implementation on Employee, Customer experience solutions. I have a master's degree in business administration from Amrita School of Business, where I specialised in marketing and operations. I also have a bachelor's degree in electronics and communications engineering from University of Kerala. I have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a strong background in logical reasoning, problem solving, and survey programming.
