Role and Responsibilities

  • Handling multiple reports, working with formula, pivot table, VLOOKUP, conditional formula, Concatenate, Mid, If, and various others excel sheet components for accurate data.
  • Identification& setting up of new training as per the guidelines.
  • Project implementation and project management of “Seekho Aur Kamao” A Skill Development Initiative of Ministry of Minority Affairs for Minorities Project.
  • Project implementation and project management of Deenayal Upadhayaya Antyodaya Yojana-National Urban Livelihoods Mission(DAY-NULM) Project
  • Project implementation and project management of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY)Project.
  • Project implementation and project management of Nai Roshni (Nai Roshni-a Leadership Development Programme for Minority Women) Project.
  • Project implementation and project management of upgrading the Skills and Training in Traditional Arts/Crafts for Development (USTAAD)Project.
  • Responsible for completing the project as per guidelines and SOPS of Project laid by the concern ministries.

 

 

Experience

  • Responsible for Centre Identification & Creation for Project implementation according to the prescribed guidelines.

 

  • Maintaining MIS report which contains the complete information about each and every beneficiary.
  • Coordinating with 120+ Learning Centres across Maharashtra, UP, MP, Rajasthan, Jharkhand and Haryana to train 7000+ Beneficiary and monitoring their performance through field visit.
  • Conducting Audit, to know the actual implementation status of Project through field visit.
  • Responsible for all the administrative work related to that project, like documentation, proper filling of the document for future record.
  • Responsible for the verification of Beneficiary details with MIS and updating MIS accordingly.
  • Responsible for the Inventory management, ensuring that enough stock in hand is maintained before implementation of the project in new Centres and existing Centres.
  • Scheduling and dispatching of required materials to the Learning Centres on time.
  • Imparting training to the Trainers and Coordinating with finance Department, HR Department, and making all the required arrangements for the successful conduction of the TOT (Training of the Trainers) Programme.
  • Handling Queries of Centres over the phone, as well as face to face, in away to bring productivity in the work related to project.
  • Responsible for Mobilization of Beneficiaries for the implementation of the projecton time.
  • Working as a consultant to Centres, motivating and guiding them, in implementation and execution of project.
  • Responsible for timely assessment of the trained beneficiaries.

Education

  • Matriculation(10th) Passed from BSEB.
  • Intermediate (12th) Passed From BSEB.
  • Bachelor of Arts From Kanpur University.
