• Overseeing and agreeing contracts with Sub contractors. 
• Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness 
• Advising business on increasing energy efficiency and cost effectiveness. 
• Managing snagging and project taking over from Main contractor through Emaar in Vida Creek Beach and Palace Creek Beach Hotels in Dubai.
