Having, taught for over 25 years; Mentoring and facilitating Mathematics using a variety of platforms. I evolved as a mentor and a soft-skill trainer. 

With a prolific more than 25 years of success, I have gained strong experience in Teaching, Training & Mentoring, Student Management, Curriculum Design, In-class Support (Online & Offline), and Student Relations. As someone who loves education, teaching, and training, possesses excellent organizational skills, and can connect easily with students, this is the perfect opportunity for me to continue my professional development. I enjoy the challenge of teaching students academically and helping them thrive socially. As a team player, I have joined and participated in committees and school improvement projects to help build a better environment for students and staff alike. 

For over 5 years, I provided effective classroom management, creative lesson plans, detailed student evaluations, and highly praised instructional delivery.

Over 2 decades of multi-disciplinary exposure, with abilities in using technical, managerial & leadership strengths to solve specific & measurable needs for complex organisations through Training & Communication Initiatives. Design positive approaches and proactive interventions with skills in bringing about challenging & innovative teaching/learning atmosphere which empowers the active learner, including digital/e-learning, virtual and instructor-led environments. Strong teaching experience along with the development and implementation of educational technology tools and applications in the classroom, with constructivist aptitude and passion.
