During my tenure as Manager at Charismight Maritime Consultancy and previously as HR and Operations Manager at Radiance Corporate Solutions, I was deeply involved in content development, recruitment, performance management, and training execution. These roles honed my ability to identify learning gaps, design tailored content, and measure training effectiveness.
