I'm a PMP certified Project/Program manager having around 9 years of experience in Project/Program Management, New Product Development & Key Account Management in Aerospace and Defence manufacturing industry. My solid experience and skills in this profession has allowed me to manage the projects and my customers with exceptional performance earning several rewards and recognitions.

During the course of my career I have worked closely with several Aerospace giants like Honeywell, Eaton, Safran, GKN, and Spirit. Currently I'm working in Tata Advanced Systems Limited, Bangalore (India) as an Assistant Manager, Program Management handling multi-million dollar projects.

Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and alignment throughout the program lifecycle
▪ Coordinate all phases of product development, from initiation and kick-off to final delivery ensuring manufacturing readiness and full-scale production
▪ Manage customer visits and program reviews, customer audits, technical reviews, to strengthen relationships and ensure transparency
▪ Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to track milestones, mitigate delays, and ensure cross-functional alignment
▪ Monitor project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM), critical path analysis, and other project management methodologies to assess cost, schedule, and quality performance
▪ Conduct regular Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with leadership and customers to report status, evaluate performance, and ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and risks.
▪ Track and report program KPIs, including cost variance, schedule adherence, quality escapes, and customer satisfaction
▪ Maintain financial control through revenue forecasting, cost tracking, and P&L ownership aligned with AOP goals.
▪ Lead risk identification and mitigation with cross-functional teams to minimize execution impact.
▪ Manage repeat orders, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and renewals to drive business continuity and profitability.
