Working as an Assistant Manager in HSE for CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd at Brookfield Properties Pvt Ltd, Powai Business District, Mumbai. 

Master's degree focused in HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) program from University of Petroleum and energy studies (UPES), Dehradun.

Worked as Process Control Engineer on 9.6 MLD Common Effluent Treatment Plant in Operations and maintainance department for Bio Petro Clean India Pvt Ltd at Naroda Enviro Project Ltd (NEPL), GIDC Naroda, Ahmedabad. 

Bachelor's degree focused in Chemical Engineering from University of Mumbai.

1. Assistant Manager – HSE for CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd at Brookfield Properties Pvt Ltd, Powai Business District, Mumbai.

Responsibilities Assigned:

1. To update various EHS related documents which include Compliance tracker, Audit tracker and HSE audit trackers.
2. To conduct various audits which includes  Integrated Management System (IMS), British Safety Council (BSC), National Safety Council (NSC), 5-S, Kaizen, BVQI, Internal & External Audits.
3. To share data on monthly EHS provision for budget.
4. To conduct the daily meetings related to safe work environments and sustainability.
5. To review occupational health and safety wellbeing OHSW Policy and Fire & Safety Policy.
6. To review & improve the effectiveness of KPI such as Safety suggestions, Near miss reporting, Accident investigation and its CAPA, HIRA, PTW, EAI, SOPs & OCPs as per site requirements.
7. To prepare MMR for HSFE and share with Client.
8. To conduct Internal / External audits on EHS as per client requirements.
9. To conduct safety walks and provide CAPA.
10. To assist KAM for the audit requirements and new audits planned for financial year to improve safety culture.
11. To execute and carry out projects as per the orders related to EHS protocols.
12. To prepare and provide trainings to staffs on EHS requirements as per the TNI.
13. To ensure the fit outs and other projects are carried out in safe working practices.
14. To tackle emergencies / urgent issues with efficiently, effectively and consequences preparation.
15. To provide suggestions and recommendations of good practices by including new technologies and support in yearly budgeting to improve safety culture.
16. To prepare weekly reports and observations trackers and to Ensure the management visit trackers pertaining to fire and safety are updating and send to KAM
17. To ensure the provision and maintenance of plant/equipment and systems of work in the workplace are safe and without any risk to OHS.

To plan and prepare the Asset upgradation process by making BOQ, taking quotes, PR raise, PO follow up and execution of order as per the standards mentioned in the order by Client

2.Process Control Engineer on 9.6 MLD Common Effluent Treatment Plant in O&M department for Bio Petro Clean India Private Ltd at Naroda Enviro Projects Ltd (NEPL), GIDC Naroda, Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities Assigned:

1. Monitoring plant operations and handling troubleshoots.
2. To diagnose and analyze operative problems in plants and perform necessary corrective action.
3. Trying out new pilot experiments for process efficiency and advancements for ongoing processes.
4. Handling chemical stock and purchase and reporting daily activities and reports to Project Manager, MD and Client.

Profound knowledge of lab analysis related to water treatment in the bioremediation process.
