This is Karthik J, I am a Maintenance engineer having 15 years of valuable experience in Plant Maintenance electrical and electronics  PLC programming and HMI developing in Rockwell PLC & HMI’s and I am familiar in RS links , RS logics , Stdio500 , Factory talk view software , and Panel builder software. And also siemens PLC and HMI and Servo programing.

Maintenance Engineer with 15 years of experience in the Power distribution Substation maintenance of 11KV/433V with 2 MVA transformer and 4number of LT DG set of 1800 KVA maintenance, Utility maintenance such as Air compressor, HP fan (Dry vacuum Pump) and HVAC system (DHU & AHU), Fire Alarm system & ETP, STP equipment's.

Hands on knowledge in following:

PLC& HMI programming~ Control Panel testing ~ Control Panel commissioning ~Instrument calibration~ Project handling on Process automation and machine automation~ Instrument maintenance ~VFD Programing and servicing ~ Servo programming ~ LabVIEW software (perceiving) ~ AutoCAD drawing. 

Education

Completed  : Diploma in Electrical and Electronics MAY 2006.

College         :  Rajagopal polytechnic college, Gudiyatham.

University   : DOTE, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
