I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, and I am currently working as a Business Development Manager at BYJU'S, a leading ed-tech company. My core competencies include negotiation, marketing management, and retail.
As a Business Development Manager, I handle a team of 25 members and I am responsible for meeting the daily and weekly revenue targets. I guide the team to conduct market research, cultivate strong relationships with clients, demonstrate presentations, and sell products. I also organize campaigns in schools and other business areas to promote the brand and acquire new customer base. I value SOPs and monitor the progress of sales and customer satisfaction. Handle a Team 40+ Members which includes Marketing officers,Service Counsellors,Sales Associates,Faculties and BDEs. Handling a Turnover of Rs. 3 crore (Sales : 25 lakhs per month). Provide training and coaching to individual team members to help them achieve individual weekly and Bi-Monthly targets. Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.Uphold Company standards with Lowest Refund requests.Constantly provide feedback and retrospective inputs for the individual and organisation growth. Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards. Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives. Hiring talents via campus and maintaining lowest attrition across the Region. To take care of month-wise fee collection. Also to monitor pending fees and ensure follow- up is done for outstanding payments. Moreover, to ensure that refund and left-out cases are controlled to the minimum
