I am working at the Serendipity Arts Foundation, a Munjal initiative for creativity as their Sr. Marketing & PR executive. My overall experience is of more than 5 years, in the PR and Marketing Communications domain.
My profile has allowed me to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders and roll out campaigns that engage and involve them, as partners, patrons, mentors, audience and artists.
I have handled multilevel communication with key stakeholders for our projects and led the initiatives with cross-departmental coordination, who were assigned to an SOW, developed by me for various stages of the project including production, programming, marketing and communication. The project referred to here was Confluence Ideathon 2021, a hackathon for the arts.
Apart from this being part of a non-profit arts foundation we have year-round programming that requires me and my team to continuously innovate and apply solutions that work and meet the budgetary guidelines, including vendor engagement and review. Our programming includes the launch of grants, art residencies, a multi-disciplinary arts festival, which we took online, post -Covid and other Foundation activations, including institutional partnerships and secondary research.
I directly manage the PR agency and I am in charge of positioning the brand and its spokespersons, in alignment with our strategic goals of brand building. since I also have an agency background I understand the way operations run at both sides of the spectrum and have good ties with vendors, for an end to end ATL & BTL activation.

Education
After graduating from Asutosh college, university of Calcutta, I did my masters in journalism and mass communication from the University of Calcutta and also did a pg diploma from the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan,
