I'm Director of Food & Beverage at Araliya Resorts & spas- Araliya Red (200 Rooms | 06 Outlets | 1000 Capacity Banquets| 5-star Property).

I have over 7 years of experience as a   Manager|Director of Food & Beverage in Luxury five-star properties in Sri Lanka. To get the valued experience I would like to join as a Head of Food & Beverage.

16+ years of career - Understanding the diversity of hospitality and pushing myself to adapt to their unique characteristics, this includes enhancing service culture, building a team to stimulate the maximum level of the guest experience, driving sales and marketing efforts to boost revenue, studying intensively competitive markets and identifying opportunities and positioning pre-openings and managing operations to finesse. Assuming overall responsibility for corporate vision, strategic business growth and financial performance of the Hotel.

Additionally, I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in hospitality management from Switzerland University and a Higher Diploma in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from SLITHM - Ceylon Hotel School.
