I am working as a lecturer(self-finance) in foodscience and nutrition department (SARAH TUCKER COLLEGE,TIRUNELVELI) having 6year experienceand trained from TAMILNADU AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY regarding processing,preservation,new product development(This guidance will be utilised for the upliftment of rural society ).
Experience
Processing Quality assessment of fruit &vegetable products were carried during my research work at Tamilnadu Agricultural University.Extending the kowlwdge to selfhelp group in terms of training,Field Level Demonstration by means of issuing folders especially on kitchen gardening,Jackfruit processing cum value addition, seasonal fruit& vegetable processing.Research cum Lecturing work is carried for coolege students in the area of public health, Therapeutic Diet,Catering Management etc
Education
Post graduated from Tamilnadu Agricultural University with 9.29/10.0 CGPA(first class) and pursued my PG with Tamilnadu State council for Science and Technology funded student Project scheme.Involved actively Agri Business Clinic training conducted by MANAGE,Hyderabad and exposed to various trainings,conferences regarding food processing conducted by ICAR.
