1)         Control on SLA Breach of E forms in DMS and follow up with Outsourcing team to process the same after solving all queries.

2)         Co-Ordination for urgent payments with treasury & Commercial team after checking any payment block, duplication of payments and other statutory terms.

3)         Provide statutory dump to respective stakeholders and get it payment done before due dates.

4)         Review monthly reports sent by Accenture team and share to respective stake holders (ie Vendor advances/debit balances/ creditors ageing/invoice receipt vs posting gap reports)

5)         Preparation of Month closure plan and follow up for provisions from all related departments .

6)          Provisions review before posting by Accenture team whether all considered inclusive of carry forward provisions.

7)         GL Review preparation  with Ist Cut to Final Cut inclusive P&L & BS.

8)          Cost centre review file preparation while month ends and get it any corrections required from teams.

9)         Review Cost center settlements / Inter company debits while month ends and get it done from team.

10)       Review Provision Vs Actuals weekly and share to respective stake holders for bills submission.

11)       Co-ordination with Auditors & GL Team for Quarterly ,Half yearly,Annual ,Tax Audits.

12)        TDS/TCS  Handling  (ie review payment file /Correction of sections/LDC Updations/Qtrly Returns filing/26AS issues handling at year end)

13)        Vendor Reconciliations and co ordination with commercial team for NDC.
