I was working in Mphasis as Senior Associate invoice processor.

  • Processing the invoice via ‘Iclear’  system
  •  Identifying the process improvement opportunities and report the same. 
  •  Submittng the invoices with in TAT.
  • Working on emails sent by the management for clearance of certain invoices.
  • Processing the invoice via ‘Iclear’  system.
  • Creating and submitting the invoice entries with error free data
  • Ensure completion/submission of invoices within the TAT (2 Hours post allocation).
  • Identifying the process improvement opportunities and report the same. 
  • Complete knowledge about invoice creation/processing through Iclear system.
