Coming to my professional experience I have done two internships, one in Schneider Electric and the other in Jindal steel and power.
In Schneider Electric I worked as Human Machine Interface Developer Intern which includes Developing HMI applications using Eco Structure Operator Terminal Expert (EOTE) and BLUE, automating processes like bottle filling, labeling, and capping in a conveyor-based system. Integrated sensor schematics for real-time monitoring of delivery status and packaging counts. Optimized automation workflows by implementing precise control over bottle filling and tracking, enhancing production efficiency and ensuring accurate process monitoring through sensor integration and counter functions.

In Jindal Steel and Power I worked as Automation Intern which includes contributing to the development and expansion of SCADA systems, improving plant-wide operational reliability by integrating new control strategies and optimizing existing processes for enhanced monitoring and control. Automated critical workflows in the iron and steel industry, gaining expertise in signal acquisition using analog/digital inputs (AI/DI) and outputs (AO/DO), and Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) for data transmission to SCADA systems. Analyzed and optimized the signal acquisition process from field sensors to SCADA monitors, ensuring real-time monitoring by selecting appropriate control cables, wires, and communication protocols for reliable transmission. Implemented infrastructure improvements, including server setup via Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) for automated updates, enhancing system security and uptime. Ideated predictive maintenance using AI/ML for proactive failure detection and optimized maintenance scheduling.

My most recent education is completing my graduation from Vellore Institute of Technology, as an Electronics and Instrumentation Engineer. 

The Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE) program at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) offers a comprehensive blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in electronics, instrumentation, and control systems. Students gain a strong foundation in electrical and electronic circuits, digital systems, sensors and transducers, signal conditioning, and data acquisition. The curriculum emphasizes control system design, industrial automation, and process instrumentation, supported by hands-on training in modern tools such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, and embedded platforms like Arduino and ESP32. Advanced topics like biomedical instrumentation, IoT, and smart sensor systems are also covered through electives and project-based learning. With a focus on real-world applications and industry relevance, the program equips graduates for careers in automation, process control, embedded systems, and industrial IoT, while also preparing them for higher studies and interdisciplinary roles in technology-driven sectors.
