Krisha Chheda

Hello,

My name is Krisha Chheda. I am born and brought up in Mumbai. Since childhood I have loved to draw and sketch and as I kept growing I leaned toward fashion designing beacsue it interested me. I was an Arts student and completed my HSC from Somaiya College. I have recently graduated from INIFD in Fashion designing and looking forward to work in this field.

Started working at Tommy Hilfiger in the month of October 2018 as a Fashion consultant. To be honest it really was a challenging job for me because I was an introvert and talking to new people was a task for me. It was an internship and I was learning and enjoying it. I was very keen on learning more so I extended the internship till April 2019.

3 years of my degree college in fashion designing. From first year itself we were taught how to make the garment from the scratch with the help of garment construction, also did many sketches with various mediums of coloring techniques. We learned to make different types of boards that would help us build our portfolio and we also learned kids wear the 1st year along women's wear and men's wear started in 2nd year with women's wear it continued till the 3rd year. We did have Industrial visits every year.
