Kriti Vajpeyi

I am a leader with 16 years of experience in Ecommerce Sales and Marketing, Digital and Content Marketing, and Program management. Originally graduated as a Journalist (Mass Communication), I have worn many different hats through the course of my career to be successful. I thrive in a positive, multi-language and multi-cultural work environment.  

In my personal life, I have 5 pets who I love and care for. I also love reading, watching documentaries, listening to rock music, and travelling to different countries, learning about their culture and appreciating their cuisine. 

Right from the start of my career, I have honed management and leadership skills in media, ecommerce and affiliate marketing, especially in a wide variety of content. I am known to get things done and deliver better than expected results. I am industry agnostic and therefore, have a holistic approach towards the businesses. I don't make mistakes very often but when I do, I own them and immediately course correct.

I take ownership of my business functions, adapt to the business needs, and keep all my stakeholders onboard and well informed. I take a custom approach to communicate; it is never one-size-fits-all. I understand the needs and pain points of my stakeholders as well as customers to be able to provide them best experience. I believe in building my teams' skills for their career growth, for that assign responsibilities to them based on their core strengths and giving them the opportunities to develop new skills. I have managed and led cross-functional teams to build new products and add features to enhance the existing products

I graduated with a Mass Communications major in 2007. I recently also took an online certification program in Data Analysis in March 2023 to strengthen my skills in that area.
