• Concept and design of tooling (fixture and horns) for ultrasonic welding of plastic parts.
• Proficient with UG NX 9 CAD/CAM & AutoCAD-2D.
• Create detailed tool design drawings, complete with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, or other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, or maintenance requirements of designs or applications. 
• Design injection moulds and well Known knowledge in CAM program of core, cavity inserts, and Electrodes CNC. 
• Well known knowledge in conventional tool room machines, CNC Milling, CNC EDM & Wire cut machines. 
• Follow up the manufacturing of tool parts and checking the final parts. 
• Training the employees for mould troubleshooting and CNC machines.
• Playing vital role to achieving ISO 9000, 14001, 5S, Quality and Safety audit.
